How to check disk usage of directory and bandwidth usage?

If you got a warning that disk usage is full and you have to find for which folder takes almost all space from cPanel, then you need to follow these steps to check disk usage of directory and bandwidth usage.

For Directory.

  • Firstly, you need to signed in to your cPanel account.
  • Now, you find the Files” area and select the Disk Space Usage” text or click this icon shown in the given below.

  • After new page is load, we find the text “Disk Usage” and his section. In this area, we can find which folder/file directory takes almost all space. You can also have opportunity to check the size of your database(MySQL).

For Bandwidth Usage?

  • Firstly, you find the Metrics” area and select the Bandwidth” text or click this icon shown in the given below.

  • After new page is load, you can see how much bandwidth you use during this month of your domain.

For bandwidth, Email accounts, MySQL, etc from a single place?

  • If you need to find anything from your cPanel, you need to open his Home page.
  • On the left top corner of the cPanel, you can find a hint text “Statistics” or an icon shown in below need to press it. Which will provide you all the details of your Database(MySQL), Email Account Limitations and bandwidth usage.
