How to create an E-mail Autoresponder when you are unavailable?
If you want some rest or not available for some days, then you need to create an auto Email Responder for your mails when they contact with you. Just follow these steps to create an E-mail Autoresponder.
- Firstly, you need to signed in to your cPanel account.
- Now, you find the “Mail” area and select the “Autoresponder” text or click this icon shown in the given below.
- After new page is load, press the button Add Autoresponder and go to next page.
- In the Interval text field, type the number of hours you want that Autoresponder will be wait if user don’t reply to the same Email Address.
- Enter your Email Address in the text field given for Email and select the domain in the drop down list for which Email you want for work Autoresponder.
- Now, enter the name of your Email in the “from” textfield for which you want for work Autoresponder.
- Enter your reason in the Subject text field and add the description in the Body
- Mark the Start and stop time in the radio button for your Autoresponder.
- At last, press the Create/Modify button for make Autoresponder.
